Co-founder and Managing Partner of RG & company Cheri has over twelve years of dedication and tremendous success in the recruiting industry. She began her recruiting career in 1993 with a successful national search firm out of New York. Three years later she relocated to the Research Triangle Park area to join a local search firm where she was quickly promoted to Vice President. While there, she focused on corporate sales partnerships, recruiting, and managing internal teams, until she co-founded RG & company.

During her tenure in the search industry Cheri has become an accomplished and well respected search executive among her peers, clients and candidates. She has a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success as both a recruiter and a sales manager earning her numerous awards of recognition including the Triangle Excellence in Sales honor.

Cheri’s infectious positive attitude and high energy level shows with every candidate and client she consults with as well as each search she undertakes. Cheri believes that dedication to integrity, respect for her clients and candidates, and a clear understanding of the value a recruiting partner brings to the process, will enable RG and company to continue it’s perpetual growth.
