Co-founder and Managing Partner of RG & company, Shira is an award winning sales and search professional with over ten years of combined industry experience. Her professional accomplishments include tenure as a National Sales Director for a successful startup organization where she managed a growing team of national sales executives. Prior to co-founding RG & company Shira worked for premier recruiting firms in both Raleigh and Atlanta where she provided search consulting, business development and account management services.

With a proven track record in sales, search and management, Shira is uniquely qualified to fulfill a client's needs and a candidate's expectations. Shira works closely with clients to develop a search and development program tailored to their unique needs. The result is the development of a winning sales and marketing team, which is strategically crafted for each client.
