Effective August, 2006 our referral policy is as follows:

$750 Client Referral Bonus – This bonus is for assisting us in landing new clients. You are eligible for our $750 Client Referral Bonus if you provide the name of a company, hiring manager and contact information of an organization with hiring needs in the Sales and Marketing arena. A candidate must be successfully placed in a position of the referral company and remain employed for the length of the guarantee period which is commonly, 90 days.

$300 Candidate Referral Bonus – This bonus is for assisting us in sourcing top-tier Sales and Marketing candidates. You are eligible for our $300 Candidate Referral Bonus if you provide the name, title and contact information of a Sales and/or Marketing professional. Bonus will be paid if a candidate is placed at one of our client companies and remains employed for the length of the guarantee period which is commonly, 90 days.
